Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some of the possible reasons are follows:
- Unavailable item(s) / item out of stock for any reason
- Difficulty in processing / failed to confirm your payment information
- Inability to ship to address provided for any reason
- Routine quality and customer care policy revamping
- Any means of non-processible order or customer information
If your order has been cancelled, you will receive multiple intimations/notices via email and other accepted means of communication registered by the customer with us. It will explain the reason for the cancellation and for any confirmation you can visit the order section of your account on the HENIIS website. The billing of the item/order will be cancelled immediately and the refund will be processed on a priority based. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please send an email to us by clicking Customer Care.
In order to make sure you are continuously receiving our emails, please add our email address to your Spam Exceptions list, like ‘Mark as Not a Spam’, or your email address book/contacts. Non-received status of any order cancellation or payment failure events due to your email settings are non-liable by any means of HENIIS and the company will not be liable for loss or disappointment due to the same for the customer.
It is always advisable for the customers to check the order status at your account on the HENIIS website to confirm it.
Customer Requested Cancellations
After you have placed an order, that is a payment option and delivery address confirmation, and in the event of clicking the “Place Order”, you can cancel your order before the packaged and shipped confirmation status forced by our system, but cannot change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders rapidly, which means the period of cancellation available differs or must be less possible on all orders. Once you receive your order through our courier, simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.
*Note: You may only cancel your order before you receive an email notifying you that: We have successfully packaged and are ready to ship your order or We have successfully packaged and shipped your order or both.
