Refund policy
At Heniis, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a simple return and refund process as outlined below:
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 Working days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

| Unused Product | must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any fragrance. |
| Undamaged Product | Product must be free from tears, stains, or alterations. |
| Tags & Packaging | MRP tags must be intact, and the product should be in its original packaging. |
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or products purchased using a gift card.
4. Return Process

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address and any specific guidelines. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Shipping Charges
For every return request, ₹100 will be charged per product as return shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes a quality check.
If the product fails the quality check, no refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be transferred to the bank account or payment details provided by you within 10 working days.
Please note: Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
